Events Coordinator

Brief

The Events Coordinator is the focal point for any events that fall outside of normal meetings.

Primary Duties

  • Ensure that events are proposed and agreed at committee meetings
  • Liaise with the person who is organising the event (if not the events coordinator) to ensure the event is conducted according to BCG Events policy.
  • Agree events policy with the committee.
  • Arrange promotion of the event.
  • Arrange, or delegate as required, sign-up sheets.
  • Arrange, or delegate as required, models and make-up artists.
