Brief

The scorer is responsible for collating the scores after each monthly competition and updating these in the Scorer’s database.

Primary Duties

• Update the Scorer’s database after each monthly competition.
• Update the Scorer’s database with details that are provided of external competition results.
• Supervise the scoring on nights where there is impact judging, e.g. annual print competition and hunt & shoot.
• Identify & record the current holder of annual trophies and receive these trophies from the current holder prior to the annual awards night.
• Provide input to the committee for annual trophies and rewards.

Auxiliary Duties

• Send database monthly update to webmaster for website update
• Provide monthly score table to webmaster for publication on the BCG website.
• Arrange engraving of annual trophies following the annual competition.
