| BCG goes to Bardon |

As recently annouced, BCG's current meeting hall at St Brigid's Red Hill will not be available after 31 July 2007. Following an extensive search (with special thanks to Geoff Higham and Diane Francis for all their phone calls and site visits), we have found a hall which is affordable, will accomodate our growing digital meetings and allow us to keep close to the same meeting nights. The new venue is the Bardon Bowls Club which is located at 69 Bowman Parade, Bardon (this map shows the location of Bardon Bowls Club in relation to our current venue). Our new hosts are a very friendly group and the facilities are excellent (including a bar). Most importantly, we have been able to retain our Monday/Tuesday meeting structure - although we have had to move digital meetings from the first Tuesday to the third Tuesday.
BCG meetings will now be: The first meeting at the new venue will be Monday 13 August - Competition meeting with the set subject 'Night Scene'.
