Brisbane Camera Group, inaugurated in 1949, is a friendly club for photographers at all levels, from beginner to advanced. We encourage the development of photographic skills and artistic creativity through lectures, workshops, competitions and other club activities. Visitors are welcome to attend any of our meetings. If you're looking to join the club, you can download a membership application form and bring it to a meeting, or fill one in on the night you attend. Regular Meetings As of 21 MAY 2008, the BCG meetings have changed venue Club meetings are held at 7:30 pm at Albion Peace Centre, 102 McDonald St, Albion on the following evenings:
2nd Monday of the month: Competition Meeting (for more details please see 'What's On')
3rd MONDAY of the month : Digital Subgroup Meeting focussing on digital capture and image processing.
4th Monday of the month: Lecture/Workshop Meeting (for more details please see 'What's On') In addition the special interest Monochrome Subgroup meets on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30 PM at a Ashgrove Uniting Church.
