History of Brisbane Camera Group

Brisbane Camera was inaugurated on October 1, 1949. The membership fee was 2/- per night and it was paid on attendance at meetings which were held once a month. New members could attend three meetings and then if they wanted to join the club approval was obtained by a secret ballot of the Committee.
