BCG members accrue points for their photographic efforts and achievements in both BCG and external competitions. Points accrued in club competitions (monthly and annual) throughout the calendar year are totalled to determine annual awards and trophies. Points are also awarded for interclub and other external competitions (national and international) and these are included in the member's cumulative life points and count towards the awarding of achievment badges. For more information see 'How Points are Allocated' in the member's handbook. Following is a table of members who accrued points in 2007. If you find yourself low on the list (or not there at all!), don't be disheartened! We are only one month into 2008 and there are plenty more opportunities for you to build your points. Why not start by entering the next monthly competition? The set subject is 'seven'.
